PHASE TWO NEARS COMPLETION AT ROSS APARTMENTS, ARKADELPHIA, AR

Unicorp began construction/renovation of Ross Apartments in April, 2016 with an expected completion date of December 2016. Ross Apartments is an apartment community located in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and contains 50 one, two, and three-bedroom rental units. This project includes the rehabilitation of all units as well as construction of a new community building with an office, new business center, laundry facility and fitness center. The first phase of this project was completed on schedule in August, 2016 and included three units.
